Impala Platinum and the Royal Bafokeng Institute (RBI) joined forces with Macmillan Teacher Campus (MTC) to provide Level 4 Early Childhood Development (ECD) qualification training to 20 practitioners.

The training began on 6 March 2023 and is progressing exceptionally well, with practitioners adhering to the scheduled timeline with utmost dedication.

The work quality of the practitioners has improved significantly since the start of the programme. The first internal moderation was conducted, and all 20 practitioners' results were endorsed, indicating successful advancement in their learning journey.

The pictures depicted the workshop in action, showcasing the practitioners' engagement and commitment to their training and development.

Overall, it seems like the collaboration between MTC, the Royal Bafokeng Institute, and Impala Platinum has been fruitful and is positively impacting early childhood development and the empowerment of practitioners in the Phokeng community.
